For International Women’s Day/Women’s March Strike Day (March 8, 2017), join us in mailing postcards to Alabama Governor Robert Bentley telling him you are AGAINST “Proposal 16”, an anti-choice effort to ban abortion in the State of Alabama (which is blantantly unconstitutuional) using an executive order type of mechanism available to the Governor. (The group attempting this can easily be found through a Google search or Facebook, we refuse to link to such ridiculousness.)
Join us at VIRTUALLY or in person at the POWER House! We’ll have some limited supplies to make your own postcards. Bring some to share and don’t forget about postcard stamps!
